CHAKULA KIFAACHO KAMA UNA UKIMWI

Kama unamaambukizo ya ukimwi unatakiwa ujue umuhimu wa kula chakula kitakachokuwezesha kuendelea kuishi maisha bora na yenye afya ili kupunguza magonjwa. kwa vile chembechembe za kulind mwili zimepunguzwa na ukimwi, mdudu yeyote wa magonjwa anaweza sababisha matatizo.
Proteins:
Hizi ni muhimu kwani  ndio hujenga cells, muscles, organ na immune system. Kama mwili unakosa protein basi huanza tumia zile zilizobaki mwilini na ndipo mwili wako utaanza kuwa mnyong'ofu. Kiasi cha protein kinachohitajika kwa mtu mwenye ukimwi kisipungue gram 100 kwa mwanaume, na grams 80 kwa mwanamke kwa siku.
Vyakula vya protein na kiasi chake ni kama ifuatavyo:
  • ziwa la kuku                                                   30gm
  • mguu wa kuku                                                11gm
  • bawa la kuku                                                  6gm
  • samaki   mmoja                                               22 gm
  • kipande kidogo cha nguruwe                            22 gm
  • mayai                                                                6gm
  • maziwa                                                              8gm
  • maharage        nusu kikombe                                kama 14 gm
  • karanga         vijiko 5                                           8gm
  • korosho robo kikombe                                       9gm
 Carbohydrate:
Hichi ni chakula  kinachotoa nguvu mwilili. Hakikisha unakula chakula cha nafaka na cha aina ya kunde. Vyakula kama ugali, ngano na viazi vina nutrients nyingi, pia vinachukua mda kuisha mwilini. Fat
Kwa mgonjwa wa ukimwi kiasi cha fat  kisizidi 30gm. Kuna wakati kiasi cha cholesterol huwa kinaongezeka kukosababishwa na dawa anazokunywa mgonjwa. Hivyo ni muhimu sana kuangalia kiasi cha fat unachokula. Vyakula vya fat na kiasi chake fungua:

Please help me thank dr.ukpoyan for his good work I really believe HIV have cure I was HIV positive over since 1year plus before I come across a comment dr.ukpoyan that he have cure to any disease and virus but want I saw it i have it in mind that he can’t cure HIV I just decided to give a try I contact him that night lucky to me he said yes but I don’t believe him I think it was a scam or something like that but I still hold on to see the work of dr.ukpoyan if he is saying the true he ask for different thing and some question about me I give him all the detail he needed and I wait to see his reply to my problem after all the thing is done he ask me to go for check up I went for hiv test I cant believe I was negative thanks dr.ukpoyan for help me for not dying at this young age if you need help contact him now Dr.Ukpoyanspellhome@gmail.comor call him on +2348115521613
